Simran Khakharia

Simran joined Moreland & Co. Solicitors in 2016 and has since worked directly under Danny Dionissiou, the Managing Director of the firm. 

Simran represents domestic and international businesses and individuals, predominantly in Dispute Resolution and Litigation (with a particular focus on Property & Commercial Litigation), as well as in Conveyancing and other non-contentious Property matters. Simran’s experience in Conveyancing and Property matters helps her to understand and effectively conduct Property Litigation matters.

During her time at Moreland & Co. Solicitors, Simran has especially enjoyed assisting Danny with a complex, multi-party Marshalling Claim against a high net worth individual; advocating at preliminary and Pre-Trial hearings and acting in Professional Negligence and Fraud matters. Simran has also gained experience in Debt Recovery & Insolvency, Divorce & Financial Settlement and Probate matters.

Simran wishes to specialise in Dispute Resolution and Litigation, as she enjoys the challenge of dealing with and resolving complex and unusual disputes. She often attends Mediations, Without Prejudice Settlement Negotiation meetings and Court hearings, particularly at the Central London County Court for multi-track/high value matters, as she enjoys the first-hand experience of observing how a case can develop and/or conclude.

Fluent in English, with a good command of the Punjabi language.
