edita CHORŪNIENĖ

Edita joined Moreland & Co in 2007 as a paralegal and has since qualified as a Solicitor, after undertaking her training with the practice. 

Edita holds a degree in Law and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London, formerly known as the College of Law. 

Since gaining her qualification, Edita works in the Litigation Department at Moreland & Co., primarily specialising in Civil Litigation including Debt Collection and Insolvency.

Edita has accumulated experience in complex litigation matters, such as in the Supreme Court of Judicature and advocacy experience in both the County and High Courts.

During her time at Moreland & Co., Edita has also developed considerable experience in commercial and Residential Landlord & Tenant matters and in Family law. She has acted in Injunctive proceedings, Divorce, Financial Settlement & sensitive Child matters. In addition, Editahas dealt with general company and commercial matters, and has also taken part in numerous lengthy tri-party mediations.

Fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Artistic in nature and enjoys going to the Theatre, Museums and Art galleries;

An enthusiastic traveller, enjoys the outdoors as well as different cultures & cuisines.
